Senior Software Engineer

I help teams ship software that people use.

I work at PayPal on Venmo mobile infrastructure. My team supports Venmo developers and ships the app to the Apple App Store and Google Play. Before PayPal I built release tools at Apple, scanner software at Smiths Detection, and my own products including Zumoji.

About

What I do

I build and run software that has to work in production: developer tools, release pipelines, and apps people actually use.

At PayPal I support the Venmo mobile app. That includes developer infrastructure and the process that publishes Venmo to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Before that I built internal release tools at Apple and operator software for airport baggage scanners at Smiths Detection. I also founded Zumoji, a live emoji game on Google Cloud.

I have an MBA from the University of Illinois and a Computer Engineering background from UC Davis.
